God is intentional and so I truly believe that he leads us to connect with people who are meant to play a significant role in helping us walk in the fullness of who he created us to be.
He wants us to live a life of fulfillment, freedom, fun, flexibility and uncapped financial potential so we can do more for the kingdom.
I am a Business, Leadership and Purpose Strategist who is passionate about helping leaders and career professionals successfully launch their business or nonprofit that God is calling them to. I confidently walk this journey out with them because I have first hand experience and expertise.
You see, in 2016 I walked away from my 6 figures plus bonus corporate job to walk in my true calling which is successfully launching my nonprofit as well as my coaching, consulting and training business.

God is calling you to greater impact...and the time is now
How do I know this? Well "the harvest is plenty, but the laborers are few" has never been truer than it is today.
My greatest joy, passion and fulfillment comes from helping others fully walk in their true calling - becoming their very best so they can experience all that God has for them and have greater impact in the lives of others.
I wake up every day open to the limitless potential of what God's going to do through me and the flexibility and freedom to go wherever he takes me.
But it wasn't always this way...
I'm a former hospitality executive with over 25 years of experience in leadership, sales, marketing, branding, budgeting, event planning and training.
It started out as an exciting career but I couldn't shake the feeling that God was calling me to have a greater impact in the world.

So, in 2016 I walked away from my corporate job and started my nonprofit as well as my consulting, coaching and training business.
It was not an easy journey taking the leap of faith, but through trusting God and learning how to do the right things the right way to gain clarity, establish, brand, and successfully launch and grow my business and nonprofit, I am now walking in my true calling and I'm the happiest I've ever been!
I am passionate about using all the skills and expertise I have gained as an entrepreneur and my many years of experience in corporate America to help leaders and career professionals ignite, launch, and maximize their God given Purpose, Passion and Potential!
I still pinch myself to see the impact my small nonprofit is already having globally and the numerous people I have helped to launch into their true purpose... and God's just getting started!
But Let's Keep it Real...
Walking in your true calling does not mean everyone is expected to just up and quit their 9-5 job and become an entrepreneur or start working full time in their new nonprofit.
In fact, a lot of my clients who have launched their business or nonprofit have done it while still working in the corporate workplace.
God still has them there for such a time as this. He needs kingdom builders everywhere and in every discipline which is why I am also passionate about helping leaders and career professionals find purpose in their position for significant impact.
They show up at their 9-5 with an even greater passion to serve...knowing that one day (whether tomorrow or 6 months from now), God will show them when to fully transition into the good thing you were faithful in getting started.
